免税対象のお客様For visitors shopping tax-free

免税は下記の条件を満たしている必要があります。

Purchasing goods free of tax requires that the below conditions be met.

非居住者（日本に入国してから６か月未満の方)
海外に居住している日本人（日本人非居住者）
Non-residents (Visitors whose stay in Japan has not exceeded six months)
ご自身のパスポートをお持ちの方
（入国スタンプが必要）
Must possess their personal passport
(Must include stamp of entry to Japan)
免税店でお買物されたご本人様
Must be the individual who purchased the goods
免税対象金額以上ご購入された方
Must have spent equal to or more than the amount required for tax exemption

免税対象物品と条件Goods eligible for tax exemption and conditions

一般物品｜General goods

家電、かばん、靴、時計、宝飾品、衣料品、工芸品など

Home appliances, bags, shoes, watches, juwelry, clothing, handcrafts, etc.

From ￥5,000 and over excluding tax
5,000円（税抜）以上

入国後6か月未満に日本国外に持ち出してください。

Goods must be taken out of Japan whithin six months of entering the country.

消耗品｜Consumables

化粧品、食品、飲料、お酒、薬品、タバコなど

Cosmetics, food products, drinks, alcohol, medicine, cigarettes, etc.

From ～￥500,000 and over excluding tax
5,000円（税抜）以上～500,000円（税抜）以下

ご購入後、30日以内に日本国外に持ち出してください。

Goods must be taken out of Japan whithin 30 days of purchase.

免税のお手続き手順Tax-free procedures details

お買い物後、当日中にご本人様が免税カウンターへお越しください。
After purchasing the product, the parchaser must come in person to the Tax-free Counter during the day of the purchase.The procedures can take a while, Please arrive with enough time.
ご購入商品、ご本人のパスポート、レシート、ご利用クレジットカード（クレジットカード等を使用した場合）をご提示ください。
Present the goods purchased, your passport, itemized receipts, and the credit card used in the transaction(s) (if a credit card was used).
購入誓約書にサインをしてください。
Sign the purchase deciaration.
消費税相当額（10％）を現金にてお返しします。
An amount equal consumption tax (10%) will be returned in cash.
ご出国の際、税関へパスポートに貼付された購入記録票をご提出ください。
Present the goods purchased, your passport, itemized receipts, and the credit card used in the transaction(s) (if a credit card was used).
